If you cancel your appointment in time, we’ll refund or credit your pre-paid fee. If we cancel, we’ll offer a full refund or a reschedule — whichever you prefer. No surprises, no confusing jargon.


2. When You Get a Refund (or Credit)

Appointment Booking (In-clinic or Teleconsult)
  • Free cancellation: Cancel 24 hours or more before your appointment time → Full refund or clinic credit.
    Pro tip: Let us know ASAP via call, WhatsApp, or email; helps us fill your slot!

  • Late cancellations (within 24 hours): These may be subject to a cancellation fee—up to full consultation fee, at our discretion.

  • No-shows: If you don’t show up or arrive late without notice, a no-show fee may apply equal to the full appointment cost.

If We Cancel Your Appointment

  • You’ll receive either a full refund or an option to reschedule at no extra charge.

Pre-Paid Packages or Investigations

  • Cancelled 48 hours or more in advance: Full refund or clinic credit.

  • Cancelled between 48 to 24 hours before: Partial refund or credit — handled on a case-by-case basis with clinic discretion.


3. How We Issue Refunds

  • Online payments (UPI, card, wallets): Refunds are sent via the original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

  • Cash payments at clinic: Refunds are offered in cash (during your next visit) or issued as clinic credit.

  • Credit use: Clinic credit can be used for future consultations, packages, or services.

We understand life happens—and unforeseen things come up. This policy is designed to be fair and supportive, while also helping us manage our doctors’ schedules efficiently so they can serve more patients well.


5. Special Cases & How We Handle Them

  • Emergencies: If something urgent comes up (hospitalisation or serious illness), get in touch immediately. We’ll do our best to refund or rearrange your slot fairly.

  • Technical issues (especially for teleconsults): If your appointment is missed due to a technical problem on our side, we’ll either refund you fully or reschedule—your choice.

    2. Share your name, appointment date/time, booking reference.

    3. We’ll confirm within 24 business hours, then process the refund or credit depending on the situation.
